100 days

Well I got 82 runs done in 100 days.
It was a good way for me to building my running base back up.  The little goal helped keep me pretty focused and was a good motivator.
It obviously was challenging, since I fell short of 100 runs, but that's life, literally!!
Towards the end of the 100 days, the goal also helped reiterate an old saying "quality over quantity".
It's time to take the base I've built and add some quality!
